Description |
Stack Insignia of the Kitsap County Transportation Company from the steamer MANITOU; red letter "K" with white collar. The ship was built in 1917 as the VASHON II for the Vashon Transportation Company. In 1922 the ship was sold and renamed the MANITOU. In 1937 it was sold to Puget Sound Navigation, and from 1943-1958 it was the clubhouse for the Tyee Yacht Club. |
