80. HEALY #1 - On verso; "HEALY #1, bought for $5,000; insured for $82,000 on representation of value contained in letter agreeing to a sale price of $82,000 from a Spanish purchaser. Tow weeks after insurance attached vessel burned in Lake Washington. Extended investigation showed no purchaser existed and letter offering to buy a complete forgery. After suit against underwriters stated the insured was so fearful of prosecution for either forgery or arson that he disappeared. Suit was abandoned. Underwriters were saved from all loss in the policy.
